For hygiene and customer safety reasons, Reen Jewels cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any jewellery item once an order has been dispatched and delivered.
This policy applies to all products sold by Reen Jewels, including necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, bangles, jewellery sets, and accessories. As jewellery comes into direct contact with the skin, we are unable to verify whether an item has been worn, tried on, exposed to perfumes, cosmetics, or other external elements after delivery. Therefore, all sales are final.
In addition, many of our pieces feature delicate craftsmanship and intricate detailing. Returning such items creates a risk of damage during transit, making it impossible to guarantee that a returned piece would remain in its original condition.
Quality Inspection Process

Should an item fail our inspection process for any reason, it will not be dispatched. In such circumstances, the customer will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

To protect both our customers and Reen Jewels, all orders are photographed and/or video recorded prior to dispatch. These records clearly document the condition, quality, and contents of each order before it leaves our premises.
