We proudly offer worldwide shipping. International delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, postcode, and shipping requirements. All international orders are dispatched using a fully tracked shipping service to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Same Day Dispatch
At Reen Jewels, we believe luxury should not involve unnecessary waiting. All eligible orders placed before our daily cut off time are dispatched the same day whenever possible. Every item undergoes a final quality inspection before being carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

Responsibility After Dispatch
All orders are inspected, photographed and/or video recorded prior to dispatch to confirm the condition and contents of each package before it leaves Reen Jewels. Once an order has been successfully dispatched and handed to Royal Mail or the selected courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier. Reen Jewels is not responsible for delivery delays, lost parcels, damaged parcels, failed delivery attempts, customs delays, or other transit related issues that occur after the parcel has been accepted by the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information supplied at checkout is accurate and complete. Reen Jewels cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
